Frozen Tissue Cross-Reactivity (TCR) - Sold as a set of 3 array sections. Each array contains 1.5 mm cores of 12 normal tissue types, from 3 donors, in duplicate. As a set, the tissues represent the 36 tissues required by the FDA and EMEA for assessment of therapeutic antibody candidates.
TCR1 contains the following tissue types: adrenal gland, bladder, bone marrow, brain: cerebellum, brain: cerebral cortex, breast, colon, eye: retina, fallopian tube, heart, ileum, kidney.
TCR2 contains the following tissue types: liver, lung: bronchus, lung: parenchyma, lymph node, ovary, pancreas, parathyroid, parotid, peripheral nerve, pituitary, placenta, prostate.
TCR 3 contains the following tissue types: skeletal muscle, skin, spinal cord, spleen, stomach, testis, thymus, thyroid, tonsil, ureter, uterus: cervix, uterus: endometrium .
