XpressWay® Gene Expression Profiles
With Asterand’s TargetEvaluator® database consisting of more than 2000 XpressWay® Gene Expression Profiles, you are sure to find a target of interest. XpressWay® Profiles consist of high quality target expression in 72 normal human tissues from 3 different donors. The tissues are chosen to be representative of the major organ systems of the human body, and comprise many sub-dissected regions. Total RNA is isolated from tissues using Asterand’s standard methodologies, and gene expression is measured using highly sensitive and quantitative real time-PCR.
