Human Tumor RNA
Total RNA is isolated from human tumor tissue snap frozen within ~30 minutes, post resection. Tumor RNA is isolated from a region containing at least 70% tumor cells. RNA is quality assured on an Agilent Bioanalyzer and is
suitable for a variety of gene expression analysis applications.
All cases are provided with Asterand’s standard set of clinical data, the Bioanalyzer trace and an
image of the corresponding histological specimen. Samples are provided in 5ug quantities.
