Human Adjacent Normal RNA
Total RNA is isolated from normal human tissue from tumor margins. Samples are snap frozen within ~30 minutes, post resection. Total RNA is isolated from a sample confirmed as normal tissue by board certified pathologists. RNA is quality assured on an Agilent Bioanalyzer and is suitable for a variety of gene expression analysis applications. All cases are provided with Asterand’s standard set of clinical data, the Bioanalyzer trace and an image of the corresponding histological specimen. Samples are provided in 5ug quantities.
